Kinlochleven & District MCC was founded in the 1930's as the Kinlochleven & District Light Car & Motor Cycle Club and had a few successful years before the outbreak of World War II brought it to a premature close. The club was revived in the years following the war and various events were regularly held in the village, but the club was finally wound down in the 1980s.
Now though, thanks to the suitability of Kinlochleven as a great venue and a growing demand for morePre’65/ Twinshock events in the area, the club has been reformed.
We have recently re-affiliated with the Scottish ACU, and our first office bearers are Club Chairman Martin Murphy and Club Secretary David & Lorna Dougan.
On this website you will find details about membership and events organised by the club.
Our first event, The Leven Valley Two Day Trial, has now ended and a big thank you goes out to all riders, spectators, supporters, organisers, volunteers and sponsors. It was a great success and a foundation on which to build for following years.
Award winners and final rider scores are available here.
For a flavour of the weekend visit our Events Page, for photographs, reports, trophy winners and a full results list.
Also, please visit our Facebook Page to be part of the conversation and to see more photographs, read comments from those involved and to keep in touch with others.
Finally, please support our sponsors to keep the club viable. Without them we'd have no club, and no 2-Day Trial!
